Training Services.

Since 2001, Vital has provided its Clients and Operatives with a bespoke Training Service. Bringing together flexible learning techniques and strategies, to the highly skilled industry sectors we serve.

Vital is certified to Train, Re-Qualify and Assess its clients workforce and our own. Our invigilator's are constantly up-dated with the latest legislation and industry requirements. Allowing them to deliver well planned and sensibly sized training courses, either at the workplace or, within the comfort of our modern training centres.

Having trained over 10,000 operatives since implementing this service, our pass rate is between 95 and 98%. Our tailor made courses are available over 1-10 days (dependant on the course) and offer a broad spectrum of skills sets, including:-

 Industry Training

• Rail PTS certification – all competencies
• BESCA (HVCA) Self Certification Course
• Basic Electrical Safety Card (BESC)

 Safety in the Workplace Courses 

• IPAF - Scissor Lift / Self Propelled Boom Control / Harness Training
• IIF ( Incident & Injury Free)
