With a history dating back to 1983, Vital Resources has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of blue collar engineering trades in the UK. We provide a complete range of Temporary and Permanent workers, for Mechanical, Electrical, H.V., Instrumentation and Data-communication installations.

Since the formation of the Major Contractors Group (MCG) we have been assisting our operatives in obtaining CSCS cards (or equivalent). The vast majority have now received the Health and Safety Training and hold the cards to prove this. Vital Resources is looking to train its own staff to become CSCS invigilator’s.Vital Resources are certified to deliver IIF (Incident & Injury - Free), IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) & BESCA (Building Engineering Services Competence Accreditation) Training.

Commercial, Manufacturing & Logistics

The Commercial; Manufacturing and Logistics Division of Vital Resources Ltd, specialises in Temporary and Permanent recruitment of personnel for Call Centres; Manufacturing and Production Plants; Distribution Warehouses; Ports and Airports; Hospitals; Office and Retail Parks.

LUL

Whether working Engineering hours, Day Shift hours or Weekend Possessions, Vital Resources provide Electrical & Mechanical, Building and Civil’s, LUL certified operatives. New London Underground Access Courses, Refreshers and specific training courses are arranged by Vital and our database is constantly updated regarding re-certifications.

Vital Resources operatives are engaged for all areas of the Underground, ranging from Station & Depot Refurbishments to Power Supply Upgrades, Deep Cleaning to CMS installation. Due to our long trading history, Vital Resources has established a core of proven and tested operatives. We enjoy repeat business from our clients who invariably request, preferred operatives. This reflects the confidence our clients have in our ability to service their requirements.

We insist on copies of operatives LUL Access Permits prior to mobilisation in order to check validity. For all other certification relating to LUL, we adopt the same procedure.

Marine

The Marine Shipbuilding Division of Vital Resources specialises in supplying Skilled Trades, Engineers and Technicians for all aspects of Shipbuilding and Marine type Construction projects, both On and Offshore. Clients include the leading UK Shipbuilders and Marine Contractors for whom we supply the complete spectrum of associated Construction personnel with specific skills and experience for work on many high-profile and prestigious projects including the MOD.

Rail

Vital Resources provide Engineering, Building and Civils support services via its Link-Up Approved ‘sister’ company, Vital Rail. For many years Vital Resources have taken advantage of the Vital Training Division in order to train Resources operatives in Personal Track Safety (PTS). We have now accrued substantial databases of PTS certified, Skilled and Semi-skilled operatives for work across the Rail Network.
